Stress-Free Auto Care

I really, really like this shop. As a woman, maybe our moms instilled too much of a paranoia in us that mechanics will try to over-charge or upsell you. I have felt that way at other shops, but I never feel that way here. They always provide pictures and documentation to make sure I understand what needs to be done and what can wait. I feel confident in making decisions and they are very clear about consenting to work being done and what the cost will be. I also find that they are very accommodating to timing and very service oriented. I love the lyft ride after I drop my car off!

What a good shop! I brought them an older Volvo for climate control repairs, which they performed in an excellent manner. They also did a VERY thorough inspection of the whole car and provided me with a list of items which need attention along with price estimates. There was no high pressure salesmanship, just tons of useful information. These people know how to care for cars. How nice!

I was thankful they were open on a Sunday. Also thankful that I was able to schedule an appointment online Saturday night. I went in for service due to a clicking noise I heard toward the front of my car. A mechanic got in my car and we drove two blocks. He heard the noise, also. As we drove back in the shop, the other mechanic and service representative/mechanic heard the noise. He had my hubcaps removed which revealed a large wheel weight on each side. We drove my car two blocks without the hubcaps, and no noise. Apparently, the hubcaps were hitting the wheel weights. A mechanic switched the wheel weights for smaller and balanced the wheels. I was thankful they knew where the noise was coming from, and thankful it was an easy fix. I locked their address into my Maps favorites because I'll definitely return, when needed. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful.

Good dudes. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for, you know? You get photos, videos, up to the moment updates on repair progress, all of it. I'd rather pay and have a great team of people take care of my car than have to hassle with sub-par service for a minimal savings elsewhere, and the potential increased cost of fixing said sub-par service. It was literally stress-free. They did a tip to tail inspection on my aging CRV, very thorough, (they offer CCTV with their service so you can watch them work, but I found that to be weird and dystopian so I didn't use it myself, but it's there if you want it.) They were all polite and professional in the shop. Laid out all my options from the most expensive options to what was most important to take care of that day. All of the guys were very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, Giants fandom prominently displayed. Major plus for me lol. So in short, great shop, great service. Will use again.
